Loved this place. Real complimentary breakfast. Snacks . Rooms clean great service comfy. Microwave and fridge in rooms. Buildings a little beat up outside but rooms are perfect. Can't beat it for price.

I was worried about the place after reading past reviews but still I it checked out myself and stayed for 6 nights. Management told me that they renovated the rooms and worked on the “bugs & roaches” complaints and it was TRUE as I didn’t find anything like that during my stay. Atlas, I can say that it was a great stay for the price and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed in quite a few hotels in Jersey and in New York. The Capri/ Roadway Inn is hands down the best I've ever stayed in! Unlike the others, the staff were very accommodating and very friendly. The location is super peaceful. Even the housekeeping staff we're super friendly.

Had an emergency and came to stay for the night, Harvey at the front desk was so kind and polite. Understood my situation and was very friendly. Thanks for great customer service! He actually had me smile and laugh. Rooms were clean no smell and it was quiet. Will be back. Thanks again Harvey. Great job and keep it up!

Great lodging accommodations at affordable rates in south-east Bergen County, NJ. Friendly & helpful owners and staff. Guest room on 2nd floor is spacious, firm King mattress, and all bed dressings and pillows super clean & fresh. Ceiling light is LED with five tunable color-temperature settings of white. Bathroom well-stocked with meticulously clean fresh towels, shampoo and soap. Shower and sink with strong water, and adjustable hot water ranging from warm to super-hot. Toilet had weak flush, but manageable by holding handle down until flush completed. Hair dryer didn't operate, but not a deal-breaker. The AC/heater unit was noisy with weak output (likely needs servicing), and no apparent way to power down. But that also was manageable by lowering thermostat to 60, which kept it off most of the time. Room has solid walls and no drafts, so very comfortable and quiet. Room card key sometimes loses its programming, which requires reconfiguring at the front office. Television programming powered by Samsung TV Plus. Free breakfast is fresh and healthy, with four varieties of Kellogg's cereal, bagels/rolls, fresh fruit, milk, three varieties of Nestlé Vitality juices, and three strengths of Nescafe regular and one decaffeinated coffee. I highly recommend this motel for anybody seeking budget-friendly no frills clean and safe lodging.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep after a long day. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good variety of options to choose from, making it easy to find something for everyone. The dining area was clean and well-organized, and everything was stocked during my visit. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value.
